ARIC Group is always concerned with helping young agronomists and agriculture faculty students to develop professionally and become more qualified. As part of our CSR, we have started to implement a project, which offers young agronomists and agriculture faculty students a perfect opportunity to attend theoretical classes about agriculture and obtain practical experience from field works. Theoretical lectures are conducted ARIC Group office, on weekly basis. Field works are usually organized on “VINICHIO VALLEY” territories
Besides providing professional training to students, ARIC Group organizes English language classes for all the participants of the project, because nowadays the knowledge of foreign language is very important for the future development and success of the agronomists. During English language classes, students are divided in 3 groups. Totally, they receive 27 hours of lessons every week.
The opinions of the project participants are very important for ARIC Group. That’s why we asked them to summarize their ideas about the project and its benefits
“Before participating in the project of ARIC Group, I had only literary knowledge about pistachio. In the framework of this project, I have a chance to obtain practical experience in growing pistachio trees and attend important theoretical trainings, which will contribute to improving my professional qualifications. I also hope that both parties will be satisfied with the results, when the training course is finished.” – Giorgi Porchkhidze
“In my opinion, both theoretical lectures and the field works are of great significance, because they help us to develop and become experienced agronomists. I hope that the training course will be productive for all the participants and organizers” – Giga Abaiadze
